1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and s5arena ("s5arena," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the s5arena website located at https://s5arena.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the s5arena Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s5arena Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the s5arena Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. s5arena does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) s5arena account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. s5arena reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. s5arena may verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.5 Account Transferability. Your s5arena account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s5arena login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify s5arena immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. s5arena will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your s5arena account, whether or not authorized by you. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account are deemed to have been made by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the s5arena Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your s5arena wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. s5arena is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be amended from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. s5arena reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable limits.

4.4 Funds Origin. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your s5arena account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. s5arena complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified on the Platform. s5arena will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. s5arena may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. s5arena reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. s5arena reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the accounts of any player found to be abusing promotional offers.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the s5arena Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer processes to determine outcomes. s5arena does not manipulate game results. The house edge applicable to each game is built into the game mathematics and is disclosed in the relevant game information.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, s5arena reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. s5arena's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. s5arena reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and sabong, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5arena Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Creating or operating more than one s5arena account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s5arena staff or other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

8. Responsible Gaming

9.2 Limited License. s5arena grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not use the s5arena name, logo, or any other brand elements without prior written consent from s5arena. Unauthorized use of s5arena's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. s5arena does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s5arena will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s5arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall s5arena's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s5arena account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Losses. s5arena is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 By s5arena. s5arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. Upon termination for cause, s5arena may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.

11.2 By You. You may close your s5arena account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, and 12.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and s5arena, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. s5arena will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

s5arena reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, s5arena will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the s5arena Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
